Cancellation Policy

Through November 25, 2023, we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after November 26, 2023. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar ( no later than January 3.

Guest Meals Policy


Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we are unable to extend an invitation for guests to dine with our participants. Meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. However, San Diego is bursting with delicious area restaurants and the hotel offers quick service meals at Cafe Pronto, as well as onsite coffee and snacks in the coffee shop!


Dress Code

We respectfully request business casual attire during the conference. 

Privacy Policy


Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list.  This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt-out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon its completion. This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.




An important aspect of the conference is that all participants have the opportunity to participate with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly ( NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 3 months prior to start date of conference. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from the conference director acknowledging receipt in order to ensure the emailed request was received.
