Through November 25, 2022, we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after November 25, 2022. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than December 23, 2022.
Guest Meals Policy
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we do not offer guests to dine with our participants. Meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. San Diego boasts an array of restaurants within walking distance of the conference venue and the DoubleTree offers several eateries.
Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list. This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon its completion. This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.
The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. Business Casual: Slacks, khakis, skirts, dresses, sweaters, blazers, button-down shirts. Please no athletic wear in sessions. Hotel temperatures tend to be colder, so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket.
