CANCELLATION POLICY:

​We are able to refund registration fees paid through November 25th, 2026, minus an $85 cancellation fee. However, due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after that time. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) up to the start of the conference.

CHECK/PURCHASE ORDER

All check/purchase order funds  must be postmarked within 14 days of the registration date, or the registration will be voided.

ACCOMMODATION REQUEST

The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (todd@lillyconferences.com).

 

NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 10 weeks prior to the start date of the conference to give us adequate time to secure needed resources or interpreters. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from Todd Zakrajsek acknowledging the request to ensure the emailed request was received. (If you don't receive a confirmation within 3 business days please call: 919-636-8170.)

Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list.  This will allow you to receive emails about this and future events. You may opt out if you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference(s). We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.
